                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
                   CHANGE ORDER, RELATIVE TO REPLACEMENT OF THE
                   UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK, WITH BENNETT
                   CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, WHICH CHANGE ORDER
                   INCREASES THE CONTRACT IN THE AMOUNT OF SIX
                   HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($600.00), FOR A
                   FINAL CONTRACT AMOUNT OF TWO HUNDRED TWENTY
                   THOUSAND, SIX HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS
                   ($220,600.00).
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of a Change Order, relative to replacement of the
       Underground Storage Tank, with Bennett Construction Company, 
which
       change order increases the contract in the amount of $600.00, for 

       a final contract amount of $220,600.00.
